Here's more Martin Yarbrough, this time the first of his two sides on Argo and the companion piece to 'Mixed Moods'. However this earlier side is a a lot more folky this time, which is very much of its time, but Yarbrough's powerful voice and obvious talent makes this side an intriguing listen, and also representative as a distinctively African-American contribution to the early 60s Folk Music revival. Somewhat difficult to acquire vinyl, a true Argo/Cadet rarity which has nil chance of ever being issued on CD. Solid fidelity, off a promotional vinyl.
