Finally we come full circle to Shirley's very first Impulse side and collaboration with Oliver Nelson: For Members Only! This is another funky and soulful side - Shirley really did benefit from Impulse's resources as the production and arrangements does spotlight her tasteful and soulful playing - I love it. Good fidelity from the original orange and black mono Impulse vinyl. I've also attached a Shirley Impulse discography for reference.
