This is a nice vocal/jazz-pop/ lounge side by the late jazz singer Carol Ventura: I Love to Sing! Prestige really made a big play for the pop/commercial mainstream with this side, and Ventura was even marketed as the 'female Frank Sinatra' of her day... Of course it was not meant to be, but she sure had a nice voice.
